a year "in person" evaluation, when combined with follow-up telephone
consultations, offers the quality of traditional medical care with the
hassle-free convenience of e-health.

services that take illegal or improper short cuts. They only jeopardize you legally as well as medically.

New Patient online scheduling for Doctor Consultations
Patients must first complete PPMMD’s secure online registration process. After you complete the registration process, send PPMMD your
records, if available. You will then be prompted to schedule an "in
person" consultation. In-person consultations are legally required
every two years and must occur prior to receiving any prescriptions.

Scheduling Follow-Up Consultation
Once patients have satisfied their in-person consultation
requirement, they can simply schedule a telephone consultation online.
Remember, you do not have to wait until your refills run out to
schedule your follow-up telephone consultation. Always schedule early
to avoid delays of your prescription medication.
